Now Enrolling for the 2023-2024 Academic Year + Summer Camp!
In 2022, we established Hope & Joy Montessori with the aim of creating a small and supportive school for children 33 months to 6 years of age to thrive. Now in 2023, we are thrilled to open our doors to children and their families.
Our team has over 20 years of combined experience in educational environments and American Montessori International (AMI) training. We have thoughtfully prepared our Children's House to provide a range of experiences that promote intellectual, social, emotional and physical development. Children are encouraged to explore, learn and grow at their own pace allowing them to take ownership of their learning and develop a sense of independence and self-confidence.
Hope & Joy Montessori values diversity and respect for all individuals. We believe that all children should have access to a strong educational foundation and strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment where every child feels valued and respected.
We invite you to come explore our school, and see for yourself the wonderful opportunities Montessori offers for discovery and growth. We look forward to partnering with you in your child's early education!
Guide
For more than a decade, Erin has provided instruction and guidance to students in diverse educational environments, spanning from elementary to high school. She is excited to continue her teaching journey at HJM and help children build essential foundational skills through Montessori education. Erin completes her AMI Primary Diploma this spring at the Montessori Center of Minnesota and holds multiple bachelor’s degrees in Science, Humanities, and Education. Working with children is something she loves, particularly those bright spark moments when new concepts click and the sheer joy that radiates on children's faces as they eagerly share their newly learned knowledge with others.
