Kindergarten in a Montessori classroom is a time to celebrate your child. This year is a significant milestone in their early education and prepares them to succeed in the next phase of their academic journey and beyond. 

Montessori Kindergarten children continue to build on their solid foundation of skills with a focus on leadership. As an older member of the classroom they are able to collaborate with peers, solve problems and work out conflicts by having developed an understanding of their classmates. Being together as a community all this time has allowed them to know their classroom, environment, and Guide quite well.  

At the end of their Kindergarten year, having had previous years in Montessori to acquire skills and knowledge at their own pace, children are well prepared for the transition into elementary school and for personal success.
